Looks like your ISO file is broken. Can you try to check the CHEKSUM from your .iso file?
you can refer to here: http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/15/html/Burning_ISO_images_to_disc/sect-Burning_ISO_images_to_disc-Validating_the_Files.html

If CHECKSUM is correct, than maybe process copy from media to USB have a problem, try to re-copy again t USB, after that you try to check CHEKSUM value for iso file in USB.

Thank you for your guide lines, I followed them carefully, but when I was installing with Fedora-15_i386, after clicking customize now and selecting the required packages for installation and clicking next, a dialog box saying that “The file lxsession-edit-0.1.1-5fc15.i686.rpm cannot be opened. This is due to a missing file, a corrupt fackage or corrupt media. Please verifiy your installation source.” And exiting installer. If I restart installation process by deselecting some packages then the same problem is repeating by saying some other package is missing.
Please tell me how do I complete the installation.

you can try to input wireless information like access point name, password manually in F15. How about install your wlan driver from RPM FUSION what is the output from this command:

sudo ifconfig wlan0 up
iwlist wlan0 scan

may i know what do you mean with “connection cannot be established”
this problem can appear because of your input wrong password, username or other parameter related to your provider.
or maybe your signall to weak.

and I never use this modem, so i have no any clue about this.

I have an issue with a Huawei E173 modem, very similar to the case described above.
USB stick was first recognized as a CD.
Linux.tar.gz driver was installed (http://dl.dropbox.com/)
usb_modeswitch was run with certain rules and modem is recognized as 12d1:1c24.
Issue here is connection cannot be estableshed.
I have already talked to the modem via screen
/dev/ttyUSBx
Modem responds to ATI command showing Huawei E173 specs -including IMEI number.
Number specified by Movistar provider is *99#
Error is reported after ATDT*99# command.

Any hint?

Just tried the official broadcom linux sta driver, wireless interface is on but it doesnt see any networks. The router is broadcasting okay because another windows box connects right away. The wireless is ON, just doesnt see any networks in f15.
